Food Truck Rally Comes to Downtown Howell

Food Trucks unite in downtown Howell

Howell MI – Join Howell Main Street Inc. and food trucks from all across the state on Saturday, May 20, as this non-profit downtown revitalization and community-driven powerhouse kicks-off their annual fundraising efforts. All proceeds from Howell’s Food Truck event will benefit Howell Main Street Inc.'s year-round volunteer-led downtown projects.  The Food Truck Rally will feature tasty food from 8 trucks, an Eternity Brewing biergarten (for adults 21+), and music for guests to enjoy from 12:00 p.m.-3:00p.m. in the Depot Public parking lot located off of N. Walnut St. behind Hi-Tech Lock and the Walnut Street Marketplace.

There is no entrance fee for the event, however tickets are required and available to purchase on the day of the event for those wishing to enjoy beverages from the biergarten area. Beverage tickets are $5 each. Locally-brewed root beer will also be available for purchase in the biergarten, with those tickets available at 2 for $5.

“The responses from the community when we held the first Food Truck Rally last November, demonstrated an outpouring of support from the community and visitors who love good food.” states Howell Main Street C.O.O., Cathleen Edgerly.

Participating Food Trucks include Fortune Cooking, Heaven on a Roll, Tamale Rose, Motor City Pasty, From Scratch Comfort CruZine, Pie Hole Pizza, MEAT BBQ, Tony’s Dogs, and Hog Wild BBQ.
