Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs (MCACA) is offering a free Mini-grant Information Workshop for all nonprofit arts and cultural organizations and individual artists at the Howell Opera House. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the grant program and eligibility. SEPTEMBER 17, 2014, 6:00 – 7:00 P.M. Free admission.
