The Outreach Committee is responsible for involving all the downtown's stakeholders, getting everyone working towards a common goals, and driving the volunteer-based Main Street program. The fundamental organizational structure consists of a governing board and standing committees. Volunteers are coordinated and supported by a paid program director as well. This structure not only divides the workload and clearly delineates responsibilities, but also builds consensus and cooperation among the various stakeholders.
MEETINGS: The Outreach Committee meets the second Monday of the month from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Howell Main Street DDA Office, 118 W. Clinton St. These meetings are open to the public.
