Mexicali Allies is hosting Chef Nicholas Rodgers, Sous Chef of The Root Restaurant and Bar in White Lake.
Nicholas is a 20 year Howell native with passion for locally sourced and seasonal cuisine. He focuses on building strong relationships with community farmers and purveyors. His goal is to educate and inspire diners.
