Join Glynn M. Gutzeitt, a local spirit consultant for Jonna’s and an experienced tasting presenter as he compares and contrast six different Scotch and Irish Whiskeys. According to Glynn, “Scotch and Irish is a good story because the first forms of whiskey came from Ireland in the 11th century and then to Scotland in the 14th century. The process of making each liquor is similar but different enough to show the countries.”
Join us in the historic theater of the Howell Opera House to learn about the differences and similarities of several iconic Scotch and Irish Whiskey brands along with a complimentary food pairing. Tickets are $50 per person or $15 for food and education experience only. This is a fundraiser for the Livingston Arts Council to help with the renovation of the Howell Opera House.
