Howell Holiday Pop-Up Boutique Opens in Former Donald Jewelers Storefront
With the holiday season quickly approaching, Howell residents and guests will find a new business on the block in downtown Howell. The Howell Holiday Boutique is a pop-up store located at 108 E. Grand River, bringing Bronners specialty ornaments and other gift giving favorites to shoppers.
Four sisters, with part of the team consisting of local residents, were looking for the perfect space to try a retail establishment in downtown Howell. When Donald Jewelers closed their doors, it was the perfect opportunity to test their idea of a pop-up holiday shop. While the Howell Holiday Boutique will close after Christmas, the sisters may decide to continue as a more permanent venture in the community.
Until then, guests to their holiday store will be delighted to find a cozy welcoming atmosphere offering a variety of gift-giving options including not only Bronners famous ornaments, but jewelry, scarves, gloves, hats, boot cuffs and toppers, leggings, ponchos, home decor, themed gift baskets, handmade Christmas cards and more! “We all enjoy the holidays and wanted to put together a collection of items we love to give and receive” stated one of the owners, Sally Roberts.
The Howell Holiday Boutique is now open 7 days a week for holiday shopping from 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. As a new business, these store owners know the importance of being involved in the community and the importance that active engagement plays in a strong and vibrant downtown. They are looking forward to participating in this year’s multitude of holiday-themed events with the Howell Main Street DDA including Small Business Saturday, Girls Night Out, and the Storefront Decorating Contest.
For more information about the shop, customers are encouraged to stop in and view the space for themselves and chat with the business owners at the store, 108 E. Grand River Ave. You may also view their Facebook page under: @Howell Holiday Boutique.
