For those living and visiting downtown Howell, you may have noticed a change at the corner of Walnut St. and Sibley with one of the local florist shops. Rose Cottage Florist, formerly All Saints Chapel Florist, is under new ownership. With the floral business and chapel both under new ownership, the buildings themselves have seen more than a new name.
“We loved the combination as well as the proximity of the chapel and floral shop, but wanted to breathe a little new life into the buildings by sprucing up the paint colors, opening things up and clearing them up. Already we have formed some loyal customers and we are proud to share in so many families special memories since we took over these great businesses.” states owner Cathy Russell.
Russell is no stranger to owning and operating a business. She and her family own and operate another Howell business, Brunners Restaurant and Catering.
“We are so proud to be a part of the Howell community and have enjoyed meeting new faces through the floral shop business. Working with the Howell Main Street DDA, City, and Chamber helps our businesses be that much stronger. We look forward to adapting and continued growth here in the downtown.
